FOODS FOR HEALTHY HAIR

Studies shows that the reason for weakening and hair loss lies in the lack of vitamins and minerals, most of vitamins B6 and E, as well as iron and zinc. If you want to have healthy hair, your nutrition should be enriched with chicken, fish, low-fat cheese, eggs, almonds and yogurt.

If lately you have noticed that you hair is thinning out, you should increase you attention on your nutrition and mandatory to reduce fat intake, because dietary fat is associated with higher level of testosterone, which is responsible for hair loss.

Also, the importance of vitamin C for healthy hair is significantly, because it allows better circulation around the hair root, so the materials necessary for hair growth faster and more easily come to him.

Therefore, eat oranges compulsorily, and because vitamin E is important for healthy hair, do not forget the almonds.

But, one of the most common reasons for hair loss is lack of zinc in the body, because he has the main role in regulation bodily functions – from reproduction of cells to balance of hormones. However, the most important reason is that zinc is essential for the glands that are attached with hair follicles, so if there is lack of zinc in the body, follicles are falling away and hairs are breaking and falling.

To prevent this you should eat chicken, red meat, shrimp and nuts, and also you have to keep in mind that excessive amounts of zinc intake can lead to hair loss.
