To use it, brush your teeth every morning using a Himalayan salt brine. Gargle for about three minutes then spit it out.
3. Drinking good quality water mixed with a teaspoon of Himalayan brine can also help treat various health conditions such as Psoriasis and Herpes, just to name a few. Taking it internally is an excellent way to detoxify and activate your metabolism. If you’re scared of the idea of drinking salt, don’t be.
