Repair Your Damaged Kidney Naturally With Using 1 Teaspoon Of Baking Soda

The first thing you need to know about fixing the damaged kidneys is what damaged them in the first place. You need to understand what usually causes the damage and understand the conservative methods for kidney damage treatment, so that you can see how different the sodium bicarbonate treatment is. In order for our body to be able to use the food we consume it needs to be dissolved into chemicals, which is possible because of the production of enzymes and hormones – products of the endocrine system.

The pancreas protects our kidneys during digestion by producing the major part of sodium bicarbonate. But sometimes, the kidneys can produce higher amounts of this enzyme depending on what we consume. And for example, if our diet is mainly consisted of food rich in sugars and fat, unhealthy food, the kidneys and pancreas can become overworked and can start producing less sodium bicarbonate. Consequentially, since the sodium bicarbonate neutralizes the acids produced during digestion, if there is a lack of sodium bicarbonate the acids won’t be neutralized and it can have harmful effects on our kidneys, and even damage other organs which, in adults, can trigger a rapid aging process.

The Royal London Hospital conducted a study whose main subject was baking soda and its effect on kidney stones. The study showed that this common household item can be very beneficial and can slow down the progress of kidney stones. It was revealed that it can also help people undergoing dialysis by fixing the damage made to the kidneys. Surprisingly, they would no longer need dialysis.

The kidneys naturally produce sodium bicarbonate and that is what is keeping them in shape. If there are low levels of sodium in our body the kidneys will try to compensate by producing more. And if they can not produce enough sodium or if they fail in transferring it to the urine, the sodium will go into our blood stream and will cause the blood to become overly acidic. This can also be caused by some other diseases, but it’s typically a sign of kidney failure. In such situations, when the kidneys are damaged they don’t remove the acid from the blood. Once they start functioning correctly, and transfer the sodium into the urine, the blood becomes normal again.

The study was focused mainly on patients who were on dialysis, and it had amazing results. The patients were given sodium bicarbonate as an addition to the dialysis which slowed down the decline of kidney failure. By the end of the study, which lasted about 2 years, only 6,5 percent of the participants still needed dialysis, which is amazing compared to the 33 percent who needed dialysis before.

There are many benefits of consuming baking soda orally, because when it’s combined with dialysis it enhances its effectiveness, going directly to the blood stream. It prevents the kidneys from getting burned and also neutralizes the acids from our food, like sulphur, phosphorus and nitrogen by allowing them to go through without doing any damage to our kidneys.

Amazingly enough, this common household item can help with other diseases as well. Patients with cancer often use it to fight the side effects from chemotherapy, and it has proven beneficial in treatment of chemical and toxins overdose.

How to use baking soda?

The first day take half a teaspoon of baking soda and put it under your tongue to dissolve. The following days dissolve one teaspoon of soda and half a teaspoon of table salt into 1.5 liters water and drink it.

You must always remember that if you lead an unhealthy lifestyle and eat unhealthy food it can have a direct and negative effect, not only on your kidneys, but on your overall health in general.
